What actually happens at retreat?

Obviously there are different types of retreats yet this retreat is all about you, diving deeper into love, opening up your heart to receive more, discovering and redefining who you are, aligning yourself to your destined path and desires, healing past traumas and releasing suppressed emotions, being able to understand and learn about your own energy, gifts and intuition, opening up the pathways for you to receive and being a part of a sisterhood where other women are on the same journey supporting you through it all while letting go, having fun and feeling so free!

We are not just sitting on the couch journaling, you're actually experiencing it first hand through different movement and modalities so your body can release, integrate and embody the highest frequencies of you. This retreat is full of once in a lifetime experiences, where all you have to do is show up, everything is already planned for you to have the freedom of not having to plan out and worry about everything knowing you are fully supported and being taken care of.

Some modalities might include: Transformational Breath-Work, Womb Healing , Kirtan, Watsu Water Healing, etc.

I am unsure about the investment

I know this is a financial investment and you are not only investing in yourself, your growth, your business and your emotional, spiritual and mental health but for your family, friends, environment as well.

We all know it's never about the money, if we desire something we look at ways and options to receive it.

What about the type of food? I have specific dietary requirements.

This is exactly why we have a private chef so they can accommodate any dietary specifications. The basis for all of our retreats is a vegetarian cuisine, however we do accommodate any specific needs you may have. I will be reaching out to you before the retreat to receive this information so everything is already prepared before hand.

I'm uncomfortable being vulnerable & meeting new people

Choosing yourself and going all in on a retreat can be scary, especially if you don't know anyone or know that vulnerability is not your strong suit. I understand 1000% this was me on my first retreat and the first day was a bit scary but once I spoke my truth and got to know the people it was freeing because I could establish new relationships and wasn't a part of my previous life.
